Ms. Charo Richardson CPA, MBA, ACI, CAMS
Ms. Richardson graduated from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri, USA, in 2009 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management. In 2010 she graduated with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
In 2011, Ms. Richardson passed all four sections of the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) uniform examination and is a currently licensed CPA in the State of Wisconsin. In June 2014, Ms. Richardson successfully completed the ICCIE comprehensive captive insurance education program, and earned her Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI) designation. More recently, in October 2019, Ms. Richardson earned the designation as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, affirmed by the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists.
Ms. Richardson began her employment with the Anguilla Financial Services Commission in April 2012 and is currently the Senior Regulator with responsibility for the prudential supervision of both domestic and foreign insurance.
