Ms. Jacqueline Sergeant is a Chartered Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the United Kingdom. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Memorial University and an Associates of Arts Degree in Business from the University of St. Martin.
Ms. Sergeant has over twenty-five years of experience in Banking and Accounting. Her career in the field of Accounting and Finance began at the Bank of Nova Scotia in St. Maarten having held positions where she was allowed to effect policies and influence decision making. More recently, she functioned in the capacity as Director of Finance at the Anguilla Community College with many accomplishments including the establishment of the existing fully-fledged Accounting Department.
As Head of Finance, Ms. Sergeant has responsibility for Accounting, Finance and the Administrative Management.
