The Valley, Anguilla -
The integration of the Anguilla Commercial Registry with the Anguilla Financial Services Commission was effective as of 1 st June 2024. The Commercial Registry will now operate as a unit within the Anguilla Financial Services Commission but will continue to function from its current office location for the time being.
The integration was effected in accordance with the Integration of Registry into Financial Services Commission (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act, 2024 and became effective by the Integration of Registry into Financial Services Commission (Prescribed Date) Regulations, 2024 as made by Her Excellency the Governor, Julia Crouch on 31st May 2024.
