Company Management

Persons wishing to engage in company management business in or from within Anguilla must be licensed under the Company Management Act. The Act defines company management business as the business of incorporating or forming companies, providing registered office for companies, acting as registered agent for companies, preparing and filing statutory documents on behalf of companies or foreign companies or acting as director or nominee shareholder of companies or foreign companies and includes offering or agreeing to carry out any of these activities with the intent to carry on business. It is an offence to conduct company management in and from within Anguilla without a license granted under the Act.

The minimum capital requirement for a firm engaged in company management is US$25,000. Details of application forms and fees are to be found in the Company Management Regulations and the Company Management (Fees) Regulations.
